SUGGESTED USE
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving (1 level scoop) of FIRSTFORCE with 8 ounces of water. Consume 15-30 minutes prior to working out. As tolerance is assessed, users may increase their dose to a MAXIUMUM of 2 servings (2 level scoops) mixed with 16 ounces of water. Do not take before going to sleep or for longer than 8 consecutive weeks. Take 4 weeks off between each 8-week period of use. Due to the beta-alanine in this product, some users may experience a harmless, temporary tingling sensation. DO NOT EXCEED TWO SERVINGS PER DAY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
