Shipping & Returns
NeoForce Performance LLC charges customers a flat rate of $7.99 for shipping and handling to anywhere in the United States. Purchased items will be sent out within two business days of the initial purchase, assuming credit card transactions have been properly authorized and verified. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email providing you with a tracking number. If you have any special shipping requests, please contact us before making your purchase.
At this time, we are unable to ship internationally or to PO boxes. We apologize for any inconvenience.
If, for whatever reason, you are unhappy with a product, NeoForce Performance will refund your purchase price (excluding shipping & handling) under the following circumstances:
- The purchase was made directly from NeoForcePerformance.com.
- The returned product is received within 30 days of the initial purchase.
- An order number of the initial purchase is provided.
- There is a minimum of 75% of the product left in the container.
Please e-mail us before sending the merchandise back and we will provide you with instructions for the process. Please put “Product Return (Order Number: XXXXXXX).” in the subject line of your e-mail. This will allow us to assist you in the most efficient way possible.
All reimbursements will be made to the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the reimbursement credit to appear on your credit card statement.
